Day #21 in Norway

Malin and I stayed up until about 4:30 AM talking last night!  It was really great.  We talked about religion and family and trials and everything else under the sun! We probably could have just kept going except we were both totally exhausted haha What a great night though :)

This morning, we woke up, went to the store, made lunch, ate lunch, showered, then went to the soccer  game :)  This game is the Norwegian Weber vs. Fremont.  The funny part?  They are all friends outside of soccer!
Johanna and Larisa decided to RUN to the game (which is REALLY far).  So I stayed at Ruben's house and me, Ruben, and Malin road with another guy from the team and met up with them after they ran. CRAZY GIRLS!!
I'm telling you what... this game was FREEZING!!! Seriously, my toes are STILL cold!! I really enjoyed watching it though because they are really good!

Ow ow Ruben!  haha jk.  Sorry guys, he was the only one who got close enough to get their picture taken.
Final score: 5 to 1 for the green and yellow team

Thought all you soccer players would appreciate this.  The keepers wear ball caps to shield the sun.  I think it would make it even harder to see because you don't only have the sun shining in your eyes, but you also have a hat in the way... but it didn't seem to bother them.
We went to Kristoffer's house afterward to watch a movie.  About three minutes into it, I could tell it was rated R.  I didn't want to ask them to watch something else, because they don't live like I do and to them it wasn't bad.  I couldn't just go up to my room like I did last time though because we weren't at Johanna's house.  I didn't want them to think I was ridiculous. I thought about what to do for a long time and finally just told Johanna I was going to walk home, and I left.  When I got down the street a little ways, I got to see THIS!! Isn't it gorgeous???  I just kept taking TONS of  pictures because I was amazed at how beautiful it was.  I guess we can really be rewarded for doing hard things sometimes. :) WOW!

Since I have been here, this song has kept coming to my mind.  I have had the chance to talk to a lot of people about what I believe and I have had the chance to really decide for myself what I believe.  Even though the people here DON'T believe the same as me, I have fallen in love with certain things about all of them.  They have all been a light to me in some way and I am so grateful for the chance to have met them and spent time with them.

Sara, I just got home from Field Training and due to the fact that we woke up at 4 every morning (which is 3 Utah time) and my body became accustomed to it, so here I am at 6 am unable to sleep, going through my emails. I got one from mom that led me here and I just read and listened to you sing. You are amazing. I was put into similar circumstances at field training and I had to stand up for what I know. I know you are a strong girl and an amazing person. Keep standing up for what you know is right. You will be greatly blessed for choosing the right.
