Day #5 in Norway

Today was an eventful day as well haha First off we have another 5 minute hairdo done by your's truly as she ran out the door to go to the horses!
We ride our bikes or walk EVERYWHERE we go because only a couple of people are old enough to drive.  Hopefully I'll have great legs when I get back!! haha
The pasture where the horses are kept is really big so you have to look for them and hope they come when you whistle.  We, however, were not so lucky.

Look for the horses...

Stop to eat rasberries.
Look for the horses...

Stop to eat rasberries.

After a while of doing this, we finally found them!

We brushed them and everything and got them lookin good!

When I got to run the horse on the beach, I handed Johanna my camera in hopes that she would get some good pictures.  The next three (below) are what I found on my camera when she gave it back haha o brother

By then, I had run the horse a little ways, turned around on the way back, AND been bucked completely off.  Scary experience.  I'm not an experienced rider at all and Johanna said her horse does that to every inexperienced rider who gets on her.  She wanted to escape because the second I was face down on the sand, gasping for air...she took off!  They had to chase her down and then make sure I was ok. haha I was fine other than I really felt like I couldn't breathe because I had the wind knocked out of me so badly! haha I think I am going to be REALLY sore tomorrow too! O well.

This is Anne's super cute car :)

We went to their new house that they are re-doing and worked really hard on it.  I thought it was actually pretty fun!

I'm telling ya now... the paint in Norway doesn't come off of skin and out of hair as easily as the paint back home!! Seriously!!
More berries :)

Local fast-food :)  We got fries and waffles and we were going to go back inside and get ice cream but they were closed!! So then we walked a little further and got some at the gas station.

Peder made me a bracelet haha

Ok so funny story... When I was looking at the ground frome the airplane when I first came, there were these big, white, bag-like things everywhere that totally looked like giant marshmallows! So I asked Johanna about them and she said they are elephant toilet paper and I asked Peder about them and he said it's tractor eggs... there are little tractors inside of them :)  haha so we're not really stupid but I liked our own ideas about them!

Majorly disgusting spider on the street sign.

Peder said he has always dreamed of sleeping on the cement at a train station.  I'm not sure why... but he tried it while we waited! haha

Yummy ice cream

They are the gayest straight couple I've ever met hahahaha

How cute :)

Johanna found a frog on the way home :)
